Kit was amazing all through our 6 month first-home-buyer journey. He gave us exactly the advice we needed - starting from the basics as we weren't ready to buy yet. All through the process Kit was super responsive to our needs, we could contact him at any time and he was clear with what to expect. Kit can also offer guidance outside of mortgages and connected us with an insurance advisor.

Superb. We’ve been with Capital for two mortgages in the last 6 years and they have been outstanding. Kit has been exceptionally responsive and easily contactable for advice. He got us a fair few extras for this current loan that we would not have managed independently. He also clearly has a good working relationship with banks, accountancy and legal teams - all of which we have utilised for reasonable prices and quality services at his recommendation.

We worked with Richard on our mortgage and couldn’t recommend him enough. We had a complicated road to settlement with a number of blockers along the way and Richard was always there with a positive attitude and solutions to make it work with the bank.
